1 – size + dimensions of the ceiling hole
2 – Height floor to floor
3 – thickness of the ceiling
4 – position of the walls at ground + 1st floor
5 – Indicate implantations under the floors or inside the stair well
Of course the price could change once the dimensions will change on site.

To give you more informations we make a list of the factors which may affect the price of a stair:

1 – stair’s Model
2 – size and dimensions of the ceiling hole (They affect the stair’s diameter for the spiral stairs and they can change the stair’s width and its shape for the open stairs), and the height floor to floor decides the quantity of treads to be used to produce a stair
3- the corners of the walls and ceiling hole (if you have corners different from 90°, the price of the stair cha nges consequently)
4 – kind of walls (if the walls are not solid you have to use coloumns to support the stair)
5 – Optionals choosen
6 – kind of wood and its stain
7 – kind of colour for the steel parts (i.e. powder coating and hot-galvanizing have got different prices)
8 – kind of material of some details (i.e. stainless steel bars instead of powder coated steel bars)
9 – transport and fitting

The measurements for the ceiling hole can be taken when the floors and the walls at ground floor and first floor are completely finished.

A stair like a balustrade must be fitted in the moment that the work inside the house are finished. Differently the people working inside the house like electricians or others could damage the product walking on it.

The steel parts like the wooden parts could be cleaned like any other wooden floor (parquet), avoiding alcool, oils or similar, which can damage or make dangerous the surfaces (making the treads sliping). In any case the stair is delivered with the cleaning instructions.

With a manufactured stair you can make your house more special than in the other case, because the stairs we propose are like furniture, while the dress of a concrete stair is more simple.
Moreover when you choose a stair in concrete you have to make:
1 – The realisation of the ground in concrete
2 – The realisation of the covering (tiles, parquet, marble, etc.)
3 – The realisation of the balustrade
you have to contact 3 suppliers, and the cost of these 3 suppliers is quite the same of the one for an average manufactured stair.
Moreover, if in a few years you decide to change the room, it will be easier to dismantle a manufactured stair than a stair in concrete.

1 – Have the most comfortable stair

Otherwise you could finish the hole in a way that is not suitable to introduce a stair, and to find a solution would be difficult and very expensive too, even not easy to install a comfortable stair for the every day use.

For the past the only chance to fit a stair in small stairwells was the SPIRAL STAIRCASE, but today we offer the chance to fit an OPEN STAIRCASE, suitable for small dimensions (look at the link here).

The model LERICI MINI is a “Mini stair”, which can be fitted in small stairwells, where the dimension of the ceiling hole is maximum 1200×1200 mm.

The model LERICI JUNIOR is suitable for stairwells where usually you can fit only retractable stairs; the stair goes up all straight and very short, and leave at the ground floor more place than a normal stair.
